Return Policy

Our return/exchange policy is 30 days since date of purchase.

Returned and exchanged items must be unused with the original tags and in the same condition as when purchased.   Mastermind will provide shipping labels for all returned and exchanged items.  

Once a return is received, we will issue an email notification of refund. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment typically within 10 business days.

Gift cards are non-refundable. 

Sale items are non-refundable, but are eligible for exchange or gift card unless items are defective. Defective items will be replaced or sale will be refunded, if returned within 30 days of purchase.
